Nicki Minaj Breaks US Record With 'Pink Friday'

Congratulations to Nicki Minaj for breaking US records with Pink Friday. Despite Nicki Minaj beef with Lil Kim she is all smiles with this accomplishment. 

The 'Your Love' rapper has spent 14 weeks in the Top 10 of the Billboard Charts with 'Pink Friday' and makes the first time for a femcee to have done this.

Tweeting her good news, Minaj wrote: “Now 14 weeks; PINK FRIDAY BREAKS the RECORD for MOST CONSECUTIVE weeks in the TOP 10 by a female rap album on Billboard's 200...Thank you for your continued support.”

Minaj has broken a few records since her launch into the mainstream, as last year she was the first female rapper to score the most entries on Billboard's 100 (but she didn't release 'Pink Friday' until November!).
