Harmony Muzik joins Kicks for Kids to give back! Harmony Muzik, a D.C. based hip hop artist, joined Ian Callender of Suite Nation to deliver the proceeds from the 5th annual Kicks for Kids Shoe Drive and Concert held last Sunday at the 9:30 Club. Surpassing the success from last year's event, Kicks for Kids raised more than $5000 – providing DC's sick and underprivileged youth with over 500 pairs of new shoes.

Harmony kicked off the concert with special guests, violinist Chelsey Green and DJ Alizay. Contributors to Kicks for Kids were also treated to performance sets by Black Alley, Meek Mill, Kingpen Slim, Uptown XO, Gods’Illa, Pro’Verb, Mz Sasha, and a special cipher round.

Shoes delivered to the National Children's Medical Center and the Sasha Bruce House will be given directly to the children receiving treatment at these facilities over the holidays.
