Just in case you missed Nicki Minaj E! special check it out here. I found her story very interesting. I loved hearing about how she wanted to become a nurse as her first profession. I'm a nurse so yay! I also love the fact that her friends and former teacher discussed Nicki's many characters or what we know as her alter ego's  that periodically appear on her records. So, yea Nicki doesn't have a split personality after all. She is just creative and artistic. I also loved hearing about her family's background, and her rise to stardom.
