On the cover Iggy rocked a pair of gold and pearl hoop earrings that almost fall to below her chin.
Her hands are also laced in gold, with ring upon ring stacked over her fingers and no shortage of glittering arm candy adorning her wrists.
Iggy injected yet more colour to her cover girl look by plumping up her pout with lashings of bright pink lipstick that matched the signature colour of the womans' magazine.
So much hype from the BET Awards, I think we should just celebrate the women of hip hop and enjoy good music. It's way too much negativity in the world and Nicki Minaj explained the Iggy Azalea diss.
“I thank god that I’ve been placed in a position to do something and represent women in a culture that is so male-driven,” she said. “What I want the world to know about Nicki Minaj is, that when you hear Nicki Minaj spit, Nicki Minaj wrote it.”
Although Iggy was never mentioned by name, many thought this was a slam on her – and now Nicki is making it clear passive aggressive jibes just isn’t her style.
“The media puts words in my mouth all the time and this is no different,” she told fans via Twitter. “I will always take a stance on women writing b/c I believe in us! I believe we’re smart enough to write down our own thoughts and perspective, just like the men do. I’ve been saying this for 5 YEARS.
“I’ve congratulated Iggy on the success of Fancy, publicly. She should be very proud of that. All the women nominated should b proud. That will never change my desire to motivate women to write. Our voices have to be heard. I hope I inspire up & coming females to do that.”
