Posh Interviews Meek Mill & John Wall Kicks For Kids! [Event]

I had the opportunity to interview Meek Mill and John Wall during the Kicks For Kids charity event that was held at Shoe City at the Mall at Prince George's. I had the chance to ask both Meek Mill and John Wall about the charity event and their contributions,in which both gentlemen were honored to give back to the charity and to make underprivileged and sick kids happy to receive a pair of new sneakers.

During the interview I also had the chance to ask Meek Mill about his twitter rants about "the haters" that he is faced with on a daily basis, also associates that were not around during his come up.He stated that he is not going to let haters or his past from stopping him from making music.

Meek Mill is also going to be dropping a new mixtape with his MMG label mate Wale as well as a new album in 2012 so, look out for both dropping in 2012.

As for John Wall I spoke to him about his up coming season with the Washington Wizards and he stated how he is looking forward to this season and the fans support.

I joked with John about the John Wall dance, which was created by him as a  remix of the dance "The Dougie", and I asked him how did it feel that the dance was still hot. He stated that although the dance craze is still going he really doesn't do the dance anymore especially with the NBA rules.

I had a blast speaking to both gentlemen and was excited that both men were giving back and involved in community charity events. Both men gave out autographs to fans and later Meek Mill performed at the 9:30 club. The event raised over $5,000 providing D.C's sick and underprivileged kids with 500 pair of sneaker.  To learn more about Kicks For Kids go to : www.sneakersuite.com
