V.I.P Hair & Beauty Media Gather In Miami For Beautiful Textures "Ultimate Beauty Getaway" (PHOTOS)

Strength of Nature, LLC - the maker of African Pride, Beautiful Textures, Mega Growth, ElastaQP, Soft & Beautiful,TCB, and Proline - concluded a luxurious weekend of fun and fabulousity with 35 hair and beauty editors at Dream South Beach in Miami for the Beautiful Textures "Ultimate Beauty Getaway." Attendees included designer/TV personality Angela Simmons along with reps from EBONY, Glamour.com,iTunes, TheYBF.com, Madame Noire, Hello Beautiful, JUICY, Haircrush,Curlbox and more.

On Saturday, Beauty Getaway guests began their day in Zen with a one-hour yoga session on the beautiful sands of South Beach. Taught by Jimena Lujan from Synergy Yoga, attendees moved through several poses, while breathing in the fresh ocean air. Immediately afterward, attendees were treated to a rooftop breakfast with bottomless mimosas, while waiting for their turn to enjoy massages and facials, courtesy of Walker's Apothecary.

Beautiful Textures ended the day with a cocktail mixer featuring Myx Fusions Moscato and hosted by radio/TV personality K.Foxx. The Beauty Getaway attendees were joined by R&B singer Teedra Moses and Melky Jean, as well as Miami media mavens Rochelle Oliver (Miami Herald), Johanna Torres (WPLG ABC 10) and Michelle Madison (Miami Now TV). The Dream Penthouse was transformed into a sexy rooftop lounge lit with purple and green tones while the sounds of DJ LS One filled the breezy air.

On Friday, guests woke up to breakfast at the High Bar West Terrace, followed by a presentation by Strength of Nature's Global Marketing Director Charlene Dance, who introduced the revolutionary Reversible Straightening™ Texture Manageability™ System (TMS). Celeb stylists Pam Hogan and Felicia Leatherwood were on hand to demonstrate TMS on attendees Jamishia Smith(The YBF) and Alexandria Williams (Sporty Afros). Beautiful Textures content specialist Kimberly Walker and TalkingTexture.com editor Ty Alexander also gave remarks on the features of the new TalkingTexture.com blog.

Friday concluded with a "Diva Dinner" at CATCH Miami, where Strength of Nature brand manager Camila Crews thanked guests for attending and gave away a $250 Sephora giftcard to the attendee with the best Instagram video (Rachel Odem won!).
