The Bar: Cinco De Mayo Specialty Cocktail Drinks

Cinco De Mayo or the fifth of May. The holiday commemorates the Mexican army's 1862 victory over France at the Battle of Puebla during the Franco-Mexican War (1861-1867). A relatively minor holiday in Mexico, in the United States Cinco de Mayo has evolved into a celebration of Mexican culture and heritage, particularly in areas with large Mexican-American populations. Cinco de Mayo traditions include parades, mariachi music performances and street festivals in cities and towns across Mexico and the United States.

Coconut & Mango Margarita

GLASS: Rocks Glass
Combine all the ingredients in an ice filled shaker. Shake well and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and/or mango slice. Ingredients  1.25 oz. How to Mix GLASS: Rocks Glass Combine all the ingredients in an ice filled shaker. Shake well and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and/or blackberry. How to Mix

GLASS: Highball Glass

Mix the orange juice and tequila in a shaker with ice.

Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

Finish with a splash of cranberry juice.
